Terms of Use

Effective July 16, 2026

These terms govern your use of OpenCode Superapp and the optional Remote Superpower license provided by MedHue Labs LLC. By using the application or purchasing Remote, you agree to them.

Free application

The core application is provided without a time limit. You are responsible for the OpenCode providers, credentials, projects, commands, and third-party services you connect to it, including their fees and terms.

Hosted Voice trial

An eligible free installation may receive up to five connected wall-clock minutes of hosted Supe Voice across at most two successfully connected sessions. The trial is optional, subject to capacity, budget, abuse controls, provider availability, and regional or rollout limits, and may be paused or discontinued. It uses a fixed xAI Voice configuration. Live audio is relayed through Cloudflare to xAI. The trial subsidizes only the realtime Voice conversation; OpenCode tasks continue using the coding model and provider you selected, including any separate charges and terms.

Remote Superpower license

A Remote Superpower purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to enable Remote on up to five active desktop installations. Phone and browser companions do not consume those slots. You may free and reuse slots through recovery.

Remote behavior

The installation-bound purchase token has no local expiry. Remote is an online service and uses a renewable 30-day entitlement grant. We may change, suspend, or discontinue hosted Remote infrastructure without removing the free local capabilities from the application.

Restrictions

You may not sell, share, sublicense, forge, bypass, reset, or automate abuse of licensing or hosted-trial credentials and limits; interfere with the service; use Remote to access systems without authorization; or violate applicable law.

Software and availability

The application is provided as available. Features may change during development, and integrations depend on your operating system, OpenCode, providers, and third-party services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Refunds and termination

The Refund Policy is incorporated into these terms. A refund, chargeback, dispute, or material breach may stop future activations and Remote grant renewal. The installation-bound purchase token can remain present offline, but Remote still requires renewed online grants.
